نصب گیربکس اتوماتیک
Automatic transmissions are used in many domestically
produced cars, including Peugeot 206, Megane, El Node, Sandero, Rio, Quick and
even Pride. It is worth mentioning that the gearboxes used in these cars are
not necessarily the same. Note that in many of these cars, the procedures for
opening and installing the gearbox are the same, and the front of the car must
be opened. In this article, we will get acquainted with the method of
installing automatic transmission in all types of cars.
Installing an automatic transmission is a complex and
involved process that requires significant mechanical expertise and specialized
tools. It's not recommended for do-it-yourselfers unless you are a very
experienced mechanic. Here's a simplified overview of the steps involved:
·
Preparation:
Drain the old transmission fluid, disconnect the battery, and safely secure the
vehicle on jack stands.
·
Removal:
Disconnect all the components attached to the transmission, including lines,
electrical connectors, and shifter linkage. Remove the driveshafts and exhaust
components that may be in the way. Then, unbolt the transmission mounts and
lower the transmission with a transmission jack.
·
Installation:
Position the new transmission with the transmission jack and carefully align it
with the engine. Ensure the torque converter connects properly to the
flexplate. Bolt the transmission to the engine and mounts, following the
manufacturer's recommended torque specifications. Reconnect all the lines,
electrical connectors, and shifter linkage.
·
Finalization:
Fill the new transmission with fresh fluid, following the manufacturer's
recommendations. Reconnect the battery and check for leaks. Test the
transmission through all gear positions.
